dining out in Vancouver at Ophelia

My absolute favorite spot to grab a margarita in Vancouver would have to be Ophelia. They have a killer selection with a seemingly ever-changing assortment of flavors. The best ones I ever had would have to be their blood orange and blueberry margaritas. They offer a variety of sweetness and spiciness so feel free to ask your waiter what they’d recommend. Be sure to go on a Monday for their $10 margarita deals.

They also have amazing home made tortilla chips and three complimentary salsas that come to the table when you sit down that are so delicious, especially when you’re hungry or need a snack with your drinks. I’d absolutely recommend their guac, which is some of the best I’ve had in the city. They’re menu is versatile and truly has something for everyone. No one I’ve brought here has ever left disappointed.

Their ambience and music selection is not to be over looked either. They have a great bar and outdoor seating but the best spots would have to be their booth tables inside. The dimmer lighting and light red walls give the place a special feel. Not to mention all their decor. This place is on the Michelin guide for Vancouver, which I didn’t even realize until my third time visiting. All of my experience with the Michelin guide in different cities has been great and, especially in Vancouver, doesn’t disappoint.
